Question 1

I do not see a 110/220 switch in the pictures, so how do you change the input voltage?

the manual that came with my Power Supply contains an illustration that shows a AC input voltage selection switch.
my Power Supply does not actually have a switch.
However:
When one considers the design and function of a DC Power Supply we see the input AC voltage is knocked down through a transformer early in the process.  My expectation is that this device is robust enough that 220 VAC input voltage is not a thing.
But:
Your results may be other.  I have never been in a environment where the plug that comes with this device would connect to 220V.

How is this used as a soldering station?

not easily
a player could probably kludge something together that would make heat and would melt solder.  But there is a hope that the hobbyist will realize that if they want a soldering station  they should go ahead and get a soldering station.

When evaluating solder stations consider the tips.  Are the tips of a design that is common and available or are they propriety.

Question 3

In the Overview tab is reads

Specifications:

Input voltage: 220V±10% 50Hz or 110V±10% 60Hz or 115V/230V±10%

BUT!  This must be a deception or a misprint??  Or is it possible to re-arrange the input
Transformer winding to run at 220VAC.  The "best" answer listed is the WORST answer.
Never in all my years have I seen a Transformer run at 110 to 220 volts without re-aranging
the primary winding.  If you put a 220 VAC into a 110 VAC appliance, I would expect 
smoke to an outright fire if the fuse did not blow.
