Temperature unit conversion
Press and hold the function key and then turn on the power at the same time. After "888" is displayed, release the function key to complete the temperature unit switching. If it is Fahrenheit, then switch to Celsius, and vice versa

Temperature locking function
Adjust the knob to the temperature value you want to lock; Long press the function key until "LOC" is displayed, then release to enter the temperature locking function; Rotate the knob to “on” or “off”; Press the function key or time it for 10 seconds to save automatically the settings.
