It have an internal power supply.  All you need is a power cable and DisplayPort/HDMI cables.

Is the monitor curved? The product title does not say it is but the item description shows a curved monitor and says curved several times

The flat monitor picture at the very top is accurate. I don't know how those other ones got there.

The one I bought has a slight but nonetheless unsatisfactory color difference between the left and right sides, and there is a distinct line down the center of the screen where left and right meet. This is most noticeable on solid backgrounds. I wouldn't buy it again.

Question 3

How do I get 75hz 1440p with this monitor?  It's stuck at 60, using HDMI.  Set to 75hz with the monitor, but windows only recognizes 60hz.

You will need a display port cable to reach 75hz, HDMI only achieves 60hz

how tall does this monitor sit on desk surface (including the stand/base)?? I know I saw 17 inches without the stand but how tall does it sit all together?

It stands a hair under 21 inches. 20 and 5/8ths inches to be exact at the tilt which I have it. Adjusting the tilt, it doesn't get higher than 21 inches.
