b.Please check whether the warmer is on any soft surface such as mouse pad, clothes, books or the likes which may block gravity switch and can not heat.
c. Please make sure the table surface is flat without any protrusion or recesses which may block gravity switch.
d.Please remove the four EVA feet under the bottom and try again.
