Why does the circuit breaker trip when using the heater?
This space heater has a maximum power rating of 1500W. To avoid short circuits caused by excessive total power load, do not plug it into the same outlet or power strip with other appliances.
Why is my heater not warm enough?
For optimal warmth and comfort, it is recommended to use this heater as a primary heat source for an area of up to 200 sq ft (approx. 18.6 m²). Please check if your room is well-insulated to ensure best efficiency.
Why can’t I connect the device to the APP?
To activate Wi-Fi pairing mode, press and hold the oscillation button for 3–5 seconds. During connection, make sure 2.4GHz Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are enabled; 5G Wi-Fi is not supported and will cause pairing failure.
