This 8-inch subwoofer incorporates a ribbed and inverted polypropylene cone, a secured high-temperature aluminum dust cap and voice coil, a high roll pressed-foam surround, a NOMEX/ROMEX spider assembly, and a robust ferrite magnet. A sealed enclosure with a minimum internal volume of 0.2 cu. ft. (5.66 L) and a maximum of 0.6 cu. ft. (16.99 L) is suggested.
