It is finished in a high-quality automotive-grade black trunk-liner carpet. The unit fits under the rear seat in the cab; installation requires the removal of the jack and plastic tray located under the rear cab seat. Subwoofer cut-out diameter is 11.125". Subwoofer mounting depth is 6.25". It includes independent wiring terminal cups with attached and pre-soldered 12-gauge OFC speaker wire
