This professional NTG5S1 OBD2 car activation diagnostic tool is specially engineered for vehicles equipped with NTG5 S1 (NTG5.1) COMAND infotainment system. It unlocks builtin Apple CarPlay and Android Auto features directly through the factory OBDII diagnostic port, allowing you to enjoy smartphone mirroring on your original car screen without replacing the expensive factory head unit.
Operation is simple for DIY users. Turn vehicle ignition to ON position, insert this activator into standard OBDII port underneath dashboard. Wait roughly 6090 seconds while the infotainment unit completes automatic activation and reboots. Remove the tool after reboot finishes. Afterwards connect your smartphone with highquality USB data cable to trigger CarPlay or AndroidAuto interface. Please note Android Auto function requires vehicle firmware version 2016.9 or higher to work normally.
