Auto-ranging
One of its main features is that this multimeter can measure automatically at a safety rate of 600 V in voltage measurement and 250 ACV or equivalent RMS voltage when measuring frequency, resistor, buzzer, or diode. All of this is thanks to the intern fuse (F200 mA/250 V) that protects the dispositive when measuring µA and mA.
NCV or Non contact Voltage Tester
Another main feature is the NCV Tester. Turn the rotary switch to the NCV position and place the top of the meter close to electric sockets, outlets, and terminals to test voltage and live wires safely. It comes with an audial and visual alarm, the LED will turn yellow for low voltage and red for high voltage, and the buzzer will send out alarms at different frequencies.
Temperature Measurement
Its temperature feature with the Thermocouple makes it really easy and safe to use:
- Switch the knob to “°C/°F” and the meter will display the surrounding temperature.
- Remove the test pens and connect the "COM" and "VOmA" leads to the ends of the thermocouples with the correct polarity.
- The meter will display the approximate temperature from the thermocouple.
LCD Backlight and Flashlight
The LCD screen backlight and the flashlight are the perfect combinations to work in areas without light.
