





Why does the receiver beep on multiple breakers during scanning? How can I accurately find the right one?
Multiple beeps during the first pass are normal as the receiver learns your panel's signal profile.
Two-Pass Method:
1st Pass: Scan all breakers to learn signal levels. Ignore beeps.
2nd Pass: Scan again. The device alerts only on the target breaker.
Why does the receiver keep beeping continuously no matter how many times I scan?
Make sure you are in Breaker Scan Mode, not NCV mode (which alerts on any live wire).
Press FUNC button to exit NCV. If beeping persists, nearby heavy interference may cause signal confusion—simply turn off and restart the receiver to reset.
Can this circuit breaker finder locate the breaker for a dead (unpowered/tripped) outlet?
No. The transmitter requires live AC power to send its signal through the wires. If the breaker is already tripped or the circuit is dead, the transmitter cannot power on. You must restore power first.
