Will this work on low voltage landscaping lighting?
Yes, you can test your low voltage landscaping lights with your inquired voltage tester. (Note Please: DC powered landscaping lights is NOT supported)
Will this work on Christmas lights?
It can test Christmas lights whose voltage is higher than 12V AC. For Christmas tree lights, we suggest a 'lower-wattage' type of detector. (Note Please: Not Suitable for DC Powered Christmas Light Testing)
Does this tester have a beeping sound when detecting voltage?
YES! The Neoteck Non-Contact Voltage Tester DOES BEEP when voltage is detected! The beeping is very convenient to have when sticking the tester in a space where one has a hard time seeing the light-indicator.
I want to test the voltage for an outlet. Will this product tell me the voltage?
It will only indicate if the voltage is present or not. No indication of how much voltage.
