Can I mix essential oils with carrier oils?
Yes, you can. However, do not mix your essential oils with water.
Why won't my waterless essential oil diffuser turn on?
The battery may be drained. Please connect it to power for a full charge and then restart. Please note: To turn on the device, press and hold the power button for about 3 seconds. A simple quick press will not start it.
Why is my essential oil diffuser producing little or no mist?
This may be due to a clogged atomizer. If you notice any buildup, please clean the nozzle promptly.
Why is there no fragrance?
(1) Check if the essential oil bottle is properly installed and if the nozzle is loose. Gently press the nozzle with your finger to test if air flow comes out.
(2) Check if the oil suction tube is loose or clogged. Reinstall or clean the tube.
Why isn't the fragrance strong enough in a large room?
For small spaces such as compact rooms or cars, use the Light Fragrance Mode. For larger rooms, switch to the Strong Fragrance Mode . For even bigger spaces, consider adding additional units as needed.
