What should I do if the aromatherapy machine is not fragrant enough after use?
The aromatherapy machine may not be fragrant enough because the spray interval is set too long, or the fragrance of the essential oil used is light. You can try to increase the spray frequency or change to a more fragrant essential oil.
After downloading the APP, it shows that it needs a password. Where should I get the password?
The initial password is 8888. After entering the app, you can change the password to prevent others from controlling the spray frequency of your aromatherapy machine through the app.
After using it for a period of time, the fragrance is not so strong. Is this a problem with the aromatherapy machine?
You can put more than 90% medical alcohol into the essential oil bottle and run the machine for half an hour to effectively remove the essential oil residue on the inner wall of the machine. Then pour the essential oil back in and use it normally.
Can the machine be controlled via wifi or 4G? There are these options in the app.
Our machine can only be controlled via Bluetooth connection app, and you need to select Bluetooth when connecting. The app is universal for all models, so there will be other options, but our machine only supports Bluetooth connection.

What should I do if my diffuser produces less mist the more I use it?
You can clean the diffuser regularly. If you notice a significant decrease in mist production, pour out the essential oil from the bottle and add rubbing alcohol (90%+ concentration). Leave it in the diffuser for about half an hour. Then, let the bottle dry and refill the bottle to restore the diffuser to its original state. If the interval between cleanings is long, you can extend the alcohol run time for better cleaning.

The mobile page only shows that our diffuser can be controlled via a phone and is not to scale. Please do not use the demo image as a guide to the actual size of the product.
If I want a push-button model, which ASINs are recommended?

What should I do if the diffuser is on but still not producing fragrance?
Our diffuser only diffuses fragrance and does not produce its own fragrance. The fragrance comes from the essential oils placed in it. So, if you use a strong-smelling essential oil, the aroma will be stronger after the diffuser is running. If the essential oil you use isn't naturally strong-smelling, the scent will be lighter. If you replace the essential oil with a strong-smelling one and it still doesn't smell good after running it in our diffuser, please con-t-a-c-t us.
What should I do if I bought a device with Wi-Fi and it's failing to connect?
First, make sure your phone's Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are both enabled. Secondly, make sure the password you enter is correct, without spaces or line breaks. If there's a tags on the diffuser, you can scan it directly to connect.
