What should I do if the aromatherapy machine is not fragrant enough after use?
The aromatherapy machine may not be fragrant enough because the spray interval is set too long, or the fragrance of the essential oil used is light. You can try to increase the spray frequency or change to a more fragrant essential oil.
After downloading the APP, it shows that it needs a password. Where should I get the password?
The initial password is 8888. After entering the app, you can change the password to prevent others from controlling the spray frequency of your aromatherapy machine through the app.
After using it for a period of time, the fragrance is not so strong. What should I do?
You can put more than 90% medical alcohol into the essential oil bottle and run the machine for half an hour to effectively remove the essential oil residue on the inner wall of the machine. Then pour the essential oil back in and use it normally.
Can the machine be controlled via wifi 5G or 4G? There are those options in the app.
Our machine can only be controlled via Bluetooth. The app is universal for all models, so there will be other options, but our machine only supports Bluetooth connection.
What should I do if I'm unsure what's wrong with the machine?
If you've confirmed the machine is powered on properly and the essential oil is normal, try opening the machine's casing. Check the tubing and pump to see if they're functioning properly. If there's any damage, please let us know.

No, this is a standalone machine. Please use your favorite waterless essential oils.
How do I control the mist?
