Why it seems there's no mist coming out? Is it defective?
First, please check if the unit can be turned on normally. Then check the mist level you set, please note during level 1 - level 3, the unit will work for some corresponding time, then goes into sleep mode. Please turn to level 4 for continuous work.
Why does the mist visibility varies when using different oils?
It's perfectly normal, the mist is less visible when thicker oil is used.
Why does the oil leak from the diffuser?
Please do not use the diffuser upside down or put it horizontally to prevent the oil from leaking.
Please note that this is a pure essential oils aromatherapy diffuser, please use pure essential oils to atomize.
Do not use water-soluble essential oils, which cannot be atomized.
