- Indicator light on "ON" means continuous mist mode, the diffuser can run up to 20 hours in that setting.
- Ensure the power adaptor and power strip are connected correctly.
- Ensure water does not penetrate the interior circuit board of the product when cleaning.
- Add distilled/purified water to the tank only. Hard water will compromise the performance or cause malfunctions.
- Water should not exceed the Max line.
- Make sure that there is only water in the tank and remove all objects before using it.
