The diffuser has auto shut-off when the tank is empty. For longevity, use the timer modes and avoid leaving it on “ON” until the tank is completely dry.
It diffuses intermittently / mist gets weaker after a while — how do I fix it?
Ensure adapter is fully seated. Empty, wipe, wait 5 min, refill. Try distilled water + 2–3 oil drops (avoid viscous oils). Do a white-vinegar clean (see Q4). Still faulty? Contact support with order ID + short video.
I see seepage/leakage — what should I check?
Use on a level, hard surface (not bed/sofa). Don’t exceed MAX; avoid moving when full. After filling, wipe the outer shell before closing. If pooling under the base persists, stop using and contact support.
How do I clean and descale it properly?
After each use, empty and wipe dry. Every 1–2 weeks: soak with water + a little white vinegar (~1:10) for 5–10 min, gently wipe the ultrasonic plate and tank, rinse, air-dry. Do not use corrosive cleaners or scrape the plate.
Noise suddenly increases / there’s a buzzing sound — why?
This is often surface resonance. Place the unit on a stable, hard, level surface, add a thin soft pad if needed, and check the water level (not too low or overfilled).
