Why fail to turn on the unit?
Reduce the water amount and make sure it is below MAx line.

Please check if the USB cable has been disconnected, try to unplug the DC socket and plug it back to turn on the unit.

In bright daylight, the flame effect can be harder to see. It is most visible in a dim or dark room. If the water level is low or the mist is set to a lower output, the flame will not look as strong.
