Why won’t my diffuser work? Is there a reset feature?
When reattaching the diffuser top to the base, ensure the curved ridges are properly aligned. If they are not aligned, the unit will not diffuse—refer to the photo below. To reset the diffuser, simply press and hold the on off button for 5 seconds.
How much diffuser oil is required for the diffuser to function properly?
For optimal performance, fill the internal container at least halfway to ensure the tube is fully submerged. Smaller amounts, such as 10 mL or 30 mL, are insufficient for proper operation or extended use. We recommend using 120 mL or 500 mL.
How often should I clean the diffuser?
We recommend cleaning the diffuser once per month, as over time, fragrance oil residue can build up and cause clogging. Cleaning is also recommended between changing fragrances to avoid altering fragrance composition.
Does your diffuser work with any brand of fragrance oils?
Yes, it is compatible with other high-quality fragrance oils. However, many brands use lower-quality ingredients, which can affect performance. Our perfumers only use premium ingredients and they are tested thoroughly for optimal results.
