This is normal. The diffuser uses programmed mist-and-pause cycles based on the selected intensity level. It may spray for about 30 seconds and then pause before starting again. This helps control fragrance intensity and oil consumption.
What should I do if the pump runs but no mist or scent comes out?
Keep it upright and use the included 5 V/2 A adapter. Check the oil level, tube and nozzle. Use only compatible oil-based fragrance or essential oils; never add water or alcohol-based liquids.
