Why doesn't the machine work properly when the switch is pressed?
Please make sure to use the power adapter included in the package or a 5V2A power adapter.
Why does only half of my machine fog up and only half of it works properly?
Please check that the water added to the tank is not above the water level line. Exceeding it will cause the outlet to not emit air.
Why don't the LEDs light up or only halfway?
Please make sure that no water can enter the air outlet when the product is cleaned or refilled.
Why the atomization function is activated but no fog or less fog generated?
Too much water or less water will affect the atomization effect. Please fill in or pour out water and make the water level line in suitable position.
Why did the top cover melt afterthe machine had been working for a while?
Please make sure that the essential oils you add do not contain any alcohol content and use the one inside our package or a regular 5V2A power adapter.
