Discharge the car jump starter to below 30% and then recharge it to fully charge.
Why can't I get this jump starter fully recharged? Only stuck at a certain battery percentage?
The battery self-discharges during storage, so the first charge may take longer (at least a few hours). Alternatively, drain the battery fully before charging.
