Why can't I get this jump starter fully recharged? Only stuck at a certain battery percentage?
The battery self-discharges during storage, so the first charge may take longer (at least a few hours). Alternatively, drain the battery fully before charging.
How long can it last after recharging?
When you don't use it for a long time, it will stand by for about 24 months on a full charge. However, in order to prolong the service life of the jump starter, we strongly recommend charging it every 2-3 months.
