Scrolling Digital Display
The digital display indicates the status of the battery and charger, giving users instructions on charging and communicating error messaging.
Battery Type Button
Press the Battery Type button once if connected to a lead-acid battery and twice if connected to a lithium ion battery.
Charging Status LED Indicator
The Charging Status LED indicates charging in progress, charging is complete and the charger is in maintain mode, and charging has been aborted.
Folding Hook Attachment
The folding hook on the back of the SP1297 allows you to hang the battery charger outside of the work area for added safety and convenience.
Quick-connect Battery Clamps
Connect the battery clamp assembly to the charger via the quick-connector and then attach the battery clamps to the vehicle battery.
Quick-connect Ring Terminals
The ring connectors permanently attach to the battery, providing easy access to quickly connect the charger when needed.
