Q: Why can't Bluetooth connect?
A: 1. Make sure your phone’s Bluetooth isn’t connected to other devices. 2. Go to your phone settings, search “LOKITHOR,” and check if Bluetooth permission is enabled. 3. Please contact after sales.
Q: How can I find out my battery type and CCA rating?
A: You can check the battery label, visit the manufacturer’s official website, or contact the manufacturer directly.
Q: Can it test all types of 6V, 12V, 24V batteries?
A: It only tests 12V lead-acid batteries, including regular flooded, AGM flat plate, AGM spiral, GEL, and EFB.
Q: Why are there differences in the test results at the same time?
A: Slight variations in test results are normal and can be caused by changes in ambient temperature, the battery's current condition, or the vehicle's electrical load. We recommend checking that the input parameters (such as CCA) are correct.
Q: How do use the Boost Start function?
A: Normally, you can start the car by turning on the unit and connecting the clips. If it won’t start, use boost mode: connect the red clip to the positive terminal, hold “M” for 5s, then connect the black clip to the negative terminal to start.
