Can the magnet support a heavy phone like the iPhone 15 Pro Max with a case on?
Yes. If you are not using for MagSafe case, please attach the provided magnetic ring to the back of case (align it with the positioning card before attaching). Case thickness should not exceed 5mm, as thicker cases may affect charging performance.
Does the phone heat up while charging? Is there a cooling system?
Yes, there is a cooling system. It's normal for phones to heat up during charging, but our wireless charger car mount features a dual cooling system: semiconductor cooling and fan ventilation, ensuring fast charging while protecting phone's battery.
