Product Function Description
(Suitable for lead-acid and lithium iron phosphate batteries up to 300Ah)
I. Basic Charging
- Compatible Batteries: Lead-acid batteries rated at 1.5V ± 0.5V or higher; 12V/24V lithium iron phosphate batteries (4-cell or 8-cell configurations).
- Maximum current: 20A; minimum: 3A; automatically adapts to the batterys capacity (approximately 20 hours to fully charge a 300AH battery).
II. Charging Modes
- Multi-stage intelligent charging: Capacity restoration, desulfation, low/high current, equalization, trickle, analysis (within 3 minutes), and repair/demand charging.
- Winter Mode: Press the voltage button once in low-temperature conditions to improve charging efficiency.
- Boost Charging: Press and hold the Mode button for 3 seconds during charging to deliver 10A for 5 minutes; this mode can be exited at any time.
III. Protection and Safety
- Reverse Polarity/Short Circuit Protection: The screen displays an error and disables output in case of reverse polarity or a short circuit.
- Overvoltage Protection: Displays Err and stops operation when the voltage exceeds 17V in 12V mode or 32V in 24V mode.
- Over-Temperature Protection: Reduces current when temperature is too high; automatically resumes normal current once conditions return to normal.
IV. Smart Management and Display
- Power-Off Memory: Resumes charging after power is restored.
- Automatic Resumption: Re-starts charging when the voltage drops below 12.8±0.2V or 25.6±0.2V after a full charge.
- Health Analysis: Monitors battery status during charging and automatically repairs abnormalities (displays End upon success; bad upon failure).
- Independent Repair: Press and hold the Mode button for 3 seconds to enter pulse repair mode (requires confirmation of battery polarity and mode; displays End upon completion).
- Charge Level/Voltage Display: Displays the current voltage and charge level in real time; displays 000V when no battery is connected.
- Connection Indicator: Displays the current voltage after a battery is connected.
V. Mode Switching (No-Load State)
- Voltage Switching: Press once to switch between 12V and 24V.
- Battery Type Switching: Cycle through 12V/24V Auto, Fast Charge, Lithium Iron Phosphate, Trickle Charge, and Winter Mode (cannot be switched while charging a lithium battery).
VI. Jump Start (12V Only) - Can be activated when voltage is >9V; outputs 50A for 5 seconds (screen displays Go).
