    Normal questions about this smart car battery charger:

    1. Can't reach the maximum charging current?

    To protect the battery, the system automatically identifies the battery voltage and selects the most appropriate current to charge the battery. When the battery voltage is low (for example, the 12V battery is less than 11V), the system automatically charges the battery at the maximum current.

    2. The LifePO4 battery is not fully charged?

    After this type of battery is full, there will be a callback feature, and the power is off about 1V, which is normal, not dissatisfaction.

    3. Fan noise?

    In order to heat dissipation, it is normal that the fan has sound.

    4. Can't press the button?

    After confirming charging, the MODE button will be locked 10 seconds later and cannot be operated to prevent misoperation during charging. To operate, please disconnect the battery, operate, and then connect the battery to charge automatically.

    5. The choice of 'Lithium' (12.4V/24.8V) will not fill the battery.

    Please select 'LifePO4' (14.6V/29.2V)'. It's all a form of lithium.

    1.If you want to charge battery below 20AH, you need to charge it with the minimum current.

    2.If you want to charge the lithium battery, please choose the battery with protective plate(BMS). Please confirm your battery is genuine/not damaged/quality/rechargeable before charging. It is better that charging is in adult's visual range.
