    • This is normal. The charger outputs max 20A only when the battery is low. As it fills, current automatically drops to prevent overheating. This smart protection extends battery life.

    • Your battery voltage might be too low to detect. Use Force Mode: Hold "MODE" for 6s (buzzer beeps), then hold "MODE" for 6s again. Charge for 5 mins to raise voltage, then replug power to resume normal charging.
