HOW TO USE the NobleEgg Egg Timer Pro2
1. START
Place the egg timer in the pot or saucepan with the eggs at the very beginning, when the water is cold.
2. BOIL
Watch as the timer's color changes to white, moving through each doneness level as the eggs cook. Keep the heat to medium-low for a clear reading.
3. COOL
When the eggs reach the desired doneness, cool them down in cold water to prevent further passive cooking. Ice is optional, but running water would be great.
