Count Down
- Rotate the knob to set the time you need.
- Turn clockwise to increase, and turn counterclockwise to decrease. (5S/Unit)
- press the button on the screen to start/stop the countdown.
Count Up
When the number on the screen is 00:00, then press the button to star/stop counting, just like stopwatch.
Reset
After completing your count, long press the (3 seconds) button to reset the time.
Wake Up Display
- When counting, and there is no other operation, the screen will darken after 5 seconds.
- If you want to wake up the screen, just rotate the knob softly to wake up the screen.
- tips: please do not press the button, otherwise, it will stop count time.
