Proper Use & Troubleshooting Tips
Q: Why doesn't my timer auto shut off?
A: The timer only shuts off when completely idle – no count-up/down running, not paused. It won’t shut off during active timing or pause (normal). It will shut off after 30 min untouched if display shows 0:00, or a finished countdown time with Start not pressed.
Quick fix: press H+M to reset to zero, leave 30 min untouched in fully idle state with no button presses.
Q: Why are the display letters missing or dim?
A: Please first remove the battery isolation film (see packaging). If the problem continues, replace with a fresh AAA battery.
