This is for a Chevrolet Trailblazer & GMC Envoy factory OEM AM FM cassette CD radio that has been professionally remanufactured. This radio has been cleaned, serviced as needed and thoroughly checked. Part number is 15058225 with option code UP0 so please make sure this is the correct radio for your vehicle. Please note that this radio will need to be unlocked by a GM dealer upon installation. Please confirm that this is the radio your vehicle requires as some of these vehicles used more than one style of radio.
