This is for a professionally remanufactured 2005-2009 truck and van factory OEM AM FM CD Cassette Player Radio that has been upgraded with an auxiliary input and Bluetooth capability! This radio is interchangeable with many different part numbers. Please confirm that this is the radio your vehicle requires as some of the vehicles on the chart used more than one style of radio. This part number came factory in various Chevy & GMC full size trucks. The Aux Input is a snap to operate... literally! Just plug in your 3.5 mm cable and it will play in full, crisp, clean quality. When you want to listen to the radio again, simply unplug the cable! The audio is full quality and takes advantage of all sound controls on the radio. The Bluetooth upgrade is simple to operate! Just pair the device, press the Bluetooth button and play your music or most in-app audio will be playing full, crisp, clean quality while taking advantage of all sound controls on the radio. To complete paring, some devices require a pass key or code which is "0000.
" When you do not want to listen to Bluetooth music, simply unpair or turn off your device's Bluetooth. *** This will not work with phone calls as phone manufacturers have designed calls to work with Bluetooth mic systems only.
*** Please Note: This radio will need to be unlocked upon installation in your vehicle. It can be put into a fully functioning test mode for 10 minutes at a time but will need to be taken to a dealer for permanent pairing. This generally costs around $50 but will sometimes be done for free if you have a relationship with the dealer as it is a 5 minute process. Please make arrangements before purchase.
