This listing is for a factory OEM 2011-2012 Impala AM FM CD Player Radio that has been upgraded with Bluetooth music capability. You will not lose any functionality and the radio will have all factory OEM features!
*** Although this radio has been unlocked, it may still require further dealer configuration for the sound system, special features, chimes and/or button function. Please verify pricing and availability before purchase in case you find that it's needed. ***
The Bluetooth upgrade is simple to operate! Just pair the device, press the Aux button, play your music, or most in-app audio will play in full crisp clean quality while taking advantage of all sound controls on the radio. To complete paring some devices require a pass key or code which is "0000. " When you do not want to listen to Bluetooth music simply unpair or turn off your device's Bluetooth.
Please note: This will not work with phone calls as phone manufacturers have designed calls to work with Bluetooth mic systems only.
*Please note: That the radio is unlocked only upon first installation. Once it has been paired to your vehicle's VIN you will need to get it unlocked upon installation in another vehicle.
