Answer: The carplay screen is compatible with phone models that should be above IOS 9 or Android phone 11.0 or above system version. if your phone is not compatible and can not connect the carplay , please check the steps below . 1.Check that the WiFi and Bluetooth functions of the mobile phone are normal. 2.Enter Settings-General-Carplay vehicle, delete all records and reconnect. 3.Restart the Phone and reconnect it.
