1.Why the screen displays no content and is not powered on?
Check if the USB cable is damaged or replace it. Test with a USB cable (do not use a power supply voltage higher than 5V).
2.Why No vehicle speed display?
After powering on, drive to an open area to pick up satellite signals. Once the display reads "00," the device is ready for normal use.
3.Why the speed is still displayed after the car stops?
In areas with weak signals—such as underground garages, tunnels, or underpasses—the displayed data may be inaccurate or unavailable. Simply return to an open road, wait a moment, and the display will resume normal operation.
4.Why inaccurate vehicle speed?
a. Check the unit setting: kilometers (Km) or miles (MPH) (Menu 6).
b. To calibrate speed differences (e.g., dashboard shows 100 km/h but device shows 105 km/h), adjust the parameter to 102 (Menu 1).
5.Why incorrect driving direction display?
When no vehicle speed is detected, the satellite cannot determine the vehicle's direction of travel. Normal display is only available after the driving speed exceeds 5 km/h.
6.Why doesn't the speedometer automatically adjust the brightness?
Please check if the photosensitive hole on the back of the speedometer is obstructed.
