Check the switch position. Ensure the knob switch is not set to the leftmost position. This is the "Pause" mode, where the panel outlet reduces to a trickle instead of flowing normally. This is by design, not a defect.

Make sure the connection between shower arm and showerhead is tight. Don't use Teflon tape on first install; only use if there's a leak. Check gasket/O-ring on showerhead. Avoid over-tightening to prevent damage and leaks.

When switching modes, there may be brief dripping due to residual water in the waterway, but it will stop after 1-2 minutes.
