Please make sure to use the included USB-A to USB-C cable. Do not use a USB-C to USB-C cable, as it may damage the device. We also recommend using a standard 5V adapter – do not use fast chargers or car chargers.

In manual mode, the lightning button must be held down continuously for the zapper to work.

Please ensure the device is fully charged. A low battery reduces voltage and may affect performance. For more resilient mosquitoes, multiple strikes may be needed.
