Why can't my device turn on?
Check if the battery is dead; your device may need to be charged. Make sure it is fully charged before use.

How to use it?
Your MASTOGO TENS unit is equipped with 6 massage modes. We recommend that you try all the modes first. The mode or intensity that feels most comfortable is the most suitable for your desired treatment process.
The TENS machine is fully charged, the mode and program are set, why is the intensity not responding?
Please recheck whether the main unit and pad are properly connected, or replace with a new pad and stick it evenly on the skin. Before use, make sure the skin is clean
Why can't I feel any stimulation?
Is the massage patch firmly attached to the skin; there is dirt or dust on the adhesive surface of the massage patch, make sure it is clean; the intensity level is too low, adjust the intensity until you feel stimulation.
