The Quick Click separator design provides a wide-diameter, smoothed air path to enhance the efficiency of the cyclonic separation of debris from the air path and optimize the power from your vacuum's air stream. Both the collection bin and Quick Click separator are produced in the USA and arrive fully assembled. Features a 12-gallon HDPE pail for capturing debris. The bin has a heavy-duty threaded lid, replacing the common pry-off lid. The threaded solution makes it simple to empty debris and ensures years of dependable service without risk of damage to the lid. The bin is equipped with an adjustable air relief feature that helps prevent a sealed suction condition. It is suggested to adjust the relief to open as the system nears a 95% sealed condition. This separator reduces the expense of replacement bags and filters in your vacuum, lowering costs over time. Both the intake from the working hose and the out-take to the vacuum accept industry-standard 2.25" hose connections. This dimension is frequently described as 2.5" or 1 7/8" in vacuum literature.
