Troubleshooting method:
First: When the agitator is charging, the indicator light is red, indicating that it is charging, and the indicator light tums from red to blue after full charging.Make sure to check the indicator status when you charge it. If the indicator light is not on, the data cable may be in poor contact, please try to replace the data cable
Second: When the indicator light shows blue, which means full charge, please align the arrow on the jar with the switch on the base, then the blue light will flash, which means that the blender can start working, if the red and blue flashing lights indicate that your jar is not aligned with the base. To fix this, tighten the jar again and align the arrow on the jar with the switch on the base until the blue light flashes and it is ready to use. Note(Note: when you just received the blender, you need to tighten the jar with a relatively large force, and after several times, you can use a slightly small force)
Third: A flashing red light means your blender needs charging, or your blade is clogged. Charge or shake your blender.
