Why does the dehumidifier remove water from the air but not reduce relative humidity?
- Our product is a small household dehumidifier, and its dehumidification efficiency is lower than that of large industrial dehumidifiers. In a closed space, the dehumidification process will take a relatively longer time. If the space is well-ventilated or relatively large, the humidity will drop even more slowly.
Why is there no water in the tank after turning it on?
- As test results, after 1 hour of startup, the water produced by dehumidification will gradually drip into the water tank. Because when it starts running, the dehumidification parts inside the machine need time to condense.
Why is the dehumidification effect not good?
- Please keep the window & door closed when it's running.
- The air inlets on the left and outlets on the right sides might be blocked, please ensure that they are unobstructed.
- The current environment is not suitable for dehumidification. The device is suitable for use when the temperature exceeds 59°F (15°C) and the humidity exceeds 45%, and the effect is better when the humidity exceeds 60%.
- Set performance mode for the best dehumidification effect.
Warning!
- Do not use the dehumidifier upside down. If the dehumidifier is inverted, water will drop into it and cause its fan damage, then there will be a rattling noise and the dehumidifier will overheated !
- If the product is tilted, please diconnect the power immediately, wipe the control unit dry and make sure no water flows into the interior before replugging in the power.
- Initial Water Collection: The dehumidification process requires time to start. It's normal for no water to collect in the tank during the first hour of use. Please allow sufficient time.
