will it work with WIN10?

works great for me and I use it in many games just make sure you can calibrate in win 10,,, (usb game calibrate) in search if it will not cal then do win update and it will load the driver

Correct. It is a 3rd party controller. Packaging is mainy in what I assume is Chinese with some English. While it works for me, trust the device to not have malware at your own discretion.
