GATES XPA1900 Cogged V-Belt, Metric Power, XPA1900, XPA, EPDM, 1915 mm, 13-mm

The GATES - XPA1900 is a Cogged, Metric V-Belt designed for use in various industrial applications such as food processing, machine tools, and textile mills. This V-belt is constructed from a fiber-loaded elastomeric compound with polyester tensile cords which contributes to its potential durability and resistance to certain environmental factors such as heat and chemicals. The raw edge, cogged construction of the belt is designed with the intention of improving grip and potentially enhancing power transmission efficiency.

Key Features of the GATES - XPA1900 Cogged, Metric V-Belt:

• Belt Material: The belt material is EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer), known for its excellent heat, ozone, and weather resistance.
• Number of Ribs: The presence of a single rib in this V-Belt design is intended for an even load distribution, which may improve power transmission efficiency.
• Outside Length: The outside length measures 1900mm which determines proper fitment within machinery drive systems.
• Resistance Properties: The belt has been designed with flex-resistant, heat-resistant, oil-resistant & stretch-resistant properties that could contribute to longevity under certain harsh conditions.
• Temperature Range: Designed for operation within temperature ranges from -30 degrees to 140 degrees F. Functionality or integrity outside these ranges is not guaranteed.
• V-Belt Section: Classified under the 'XPA' section indicating specific dimensions compatible with certain machinery types
