- Please try another "clean" radio frequency. The main cause for the static issue is the radio frequency is occupied, so please kindly turn the car radio to an unused station, then adjust the FM transmitter and the car radio to the same frequency.
- Please adjust the volume of the car speaker, usually 40% (Around 15) is enough (do not exceed 60%) and the volume of the FM transmitter usually 60% is enough (do not exceed 80%).
3. Audio Quality issue:
- For the best audio quality, please turn up the volume of your phone to the max level and keep the the volume of the car radio to around 15
4. Does not support the AM signal
