- We recommend turning G-sensor to "low". Otherwise, the dash cam will quickly lock more video to full your SD card easy.
- Locked videos need to be unlocked before they can be deleted.
Loop Recording
When your SD card is full, the loop recording will overwrite videos that are not locked to store the newly recorded video avoiding causing insufficient storage.
- In order to ensure the normal recording of the dash cam, please manually clear the locked video regularly.

Then format it in the dash camera to make the SD card compatible with the system.
4. Please confirm whether your cigar power port is ACC. (if the cigarette lighter is still charged after the car is turned off, please use the hardwire kit or unplug the car charger after the car is turned off, otherwise it may exhaust your car's power supply. )
