About the ProblemSuction Cup Mount dont stick to any surface. Free for replacement, please contact with seller. Please follow step to handle. Remove the protective film from the Suction Cup Mount. Clean the front windscreen, make suction cups of bracket fit windscreen fully. Clockwise Rotate button of suction cup, icon of LOCK will vertical suction cup with ticking sound.
