Our suction cup has been upgraded to enhance its adhesive force on the attachment surface. Even under high-temperature conditions inside the car, it is not easy to detach.
Does the dashcam support 24-hour parking surveillance? Will it drain the car battery?
It supports 24-hour parking surveillance. However, you need to use our dashcam's voltage reduction cable to power the device. It has a voltage reduction protection feature, which prevents the car battery from being drained.

The dashcam is equipped with WiFi functionality. Download the "Viidure" app, and the WiFi password is 12345678. If you have any issues connecting to WiFi, please contact our after-sales team.

Yes. When the vehicle experiences a collision, the current video is automatically saved. Additionally, we recommend formatting the memory card every two weeks to prevent the dashcam from stopping operation due to a full memory card.
