    • Emergency files are saved in the “Locked” folder (not in “Loop”); please connect to Wi-Fi and check the Emergency tab in the app.

    • Refer to the step-by-step guide on the A+ page or the included manual. Important note: The QzkBoeo F70 4K Dash Cam is only designed for windshield mounting. Dashboard installation may cause inverted footage or safety hazards.

    • Please ensure the cigarette lighter and Type-C plug are firmly connected; if the dash cam doesn’t power on, test the car socket with your phone charger, as a loose connection may prevent automatic startup.
